Default P/E Warding Finale PvE

I have this idea, because we all know ward against melee/elements is nice to have around, but its not worth it have an ele run it, when a nuker is more in-demand.

I was thinking 12-16 leadership, 10-12 earth, and maybe motivation. Using ward against melee and ward against elements. With Energizing Finale and Finale of Restoration to keep those monks active and happy, or some of the fire chants for extra dps.

For equipment, I was thinking on incorporating caster items. An earth wand & a shield, a spear and an earth offhand, or an earth wand/offhand combo. Youll still have the range, and the adrenaline gain, but with added recharge and energy. I dont know if its possable, or even worth it, but throw a furious mod on a wand? If it's not possable, run a spear with furious for adren to use cheap shouts (e-management) but I dont know if that will even be needed.

The main point behind this is to make your backline more effective. Protect your monks so they can concentrate on healing/prot. Give casters constant energy/hp (even though its a small ammount) if your heals save the monk the effort of casting 1 heal on themselves, your front line is that much safer. Rangers will have the same added bonuses which makes spiking/interupt more effective. Etc...

I'm just trying to get away from the damage-dealing paragon. Taking damage is for a tank, dealing damage is for a nuker, and ranged attacks are for a ranger. Paragons are support.

This build is in the very beginning stages. Any input would be greatly appricated, and flaming is welcome. Im sure I missed a gigantic build flaw which renders this completely useles. And remember, it's PvE based.

I've been attempting your build for a bit and is working pretty well

My only problem is energy management but i don't have the finales yet so that is probably my own fault

it might be alright, the only thing i can see a little problem with is e-management but i dont think that would be too bad

That makes a Paragon seem like a Rit in a way :S. Not for Damage, not for Tanking, just support.

I don't really like wards if you're not running 16 earth. And I also think a support ele can do this better E/Mo, or alike with the wards aegis, and some other protection.

There are plenty of really succesful paragon builds that use command/motivation and don't deal damage.
